Kholeka Mkhethi

Executive Director

Kholeka's journey in social justice began at Boys and Girls Town, where she provided a safe space for children escaping abuse and addiction, developing her skills in trauma-informed care. Her experience there ignited a passion for helping vulnerable individuals, leading her to BOSASA, where she worked with children awaiting trial. Her commitment to restorative justice and the South African philosophy of Ubuntu involved reconnecting these children with their communities through acts of service, fostering forgiveness and societal reintegration. Her dedication to community continued as she assisted destitute women, addressing their social and economic challenges by empowering them to reclaim their lives, rebuild skills, and access essential resources.

Sisipho Zweni

Program Director

Sisipho's career began in production assistance, where she mastered project orchestration and attention to detail. This skillset carried over to her role as a business and market researcher, where she excelled in analyzing data and deriving actionable insights. Driven by a desire for greater impact, she pursued a postgraduate diploma in business management from Stellenbosch Business School and transitioned to academic coordination. In this role, she excelled at mentoring students, fostering their understanding of business, and inspiring their entrepreneurial aspirations.

Tebogo Mkhethi

Communication and Advocacy Officer

Tebogo's journey began in the fast-paced world of market research, where she developed a keen ability to understand trends, analyze data, and uncover valuable insights. This expertise in reading the pulse of the community became a crucial asset when she transitioned into events management, allowing her to craft experiences that resonated deeply with her audience.
